Gosh haven't been here in like 2 years.. this place was my go to when I lived here in pine hills. It's big has alot of washers. They use to have a game area for the kids but thays gone now. It was nice to revisit this place. Brought back memories of my kids running around the place while I'm screaming at them to sit somwwhere.. I was visiting family and needed to do a load. Glad I stopped

Very clean for a laundry mat and the person working there is regularly going around making sure all the machines are wiped down and there isn't anything in the floors, also they are friendly and will help you in a heartbeat if you need any assistance.

The machines are alot cheaper here. I have seen same size machines elsewhere and they were pricey. This place is super clean. The attendant Rod is a fantastic person. he has given me excellent inexpensive tips on washing clothes. I watch him greet everyone with a smile. I watch him say goodbye with a smile. Sunday is very busy, it's best you try a different day like Wednesday. I will always return.

Jimmie is a fantastic customer service manager! I have my first complaint. I am 72, and can definitely afford a washer and dryer! I enjoy coming to your place, giving my business to great people. Yesterday I went there to do my laundry and Pat was attendant. The place was busy! Pat said she had to go pick up Maria. I volunteered to watch over the place while she was away. I asked for restroom key, incase someone needed it. Office was locked. While Pat was away, a man used restroom. Then a man came in with a bag of clothes, placed them on the scale. I told him I don’t know what I was doing, but let me help you. I was looking for paper to write his information on, and seen a clipboard inside the window. I wrote his name down, and then Maria and Pat come in. I handed Pat the restroom key, and they already knew this man was bringing in his clothes. I didn’t know they were outside. Well, while customers were sitting on both benches, Maria started in yelling at me saying “you are not allowed anywhere back here! I am assistant manager and you stay away from the office too!” I told her I was just trying to help. She got louder, and so I got louder! Instead of thanking me, I get yelled at ! Pat come to me and apologize for her actions. I am debating on ever going back in your business when you have an ungrateful assistant manager! Thank you for your time. Maria should not be in management!

This laundromat was so convenient, plenty of different sized washers and dryers. The owner was so nice and helpful, there were also plenty of folding tables and rolling carts.
